Job Description
Sitting within the finance team and reporting to the financial controller, your duties will include;
- Assist the Financial Controller and provide support to the Finance team
- Invoice administration
- Data entry; including for daily cash sales and receipts
- Reconciliation
- Provide clerical support in filling up forms, liaising with other departments, organising documents
- Maintaining databases
- Manage Finance inbox
- Payroll administration including managing timesheets, reimbursement forms
- Support general administration including answering phones, mail management, stationery management, filing for both hard and soft copies, updating policies and procedures
Other ad hoc tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will ideally have;
- Prior financial and admin experience is preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of Xero and ERP is a plus
