**Who we need..**
This position reports to the Service Support Finance Team Leader. It is the responsibility of the Finance Administrator to maintain positive working relationships with all other staff, particularly those within the Service Support team
**Responsibilities will include;**
- Undertake preparation of daily banking (and posting)
- Processing of New Leases
- Setting up of New Managements
- RTBA bond lodgment payments
- Liaise with and assist other staff members in the Finance team as required to ensure all work is completed accurately and within given timeframes.
- Undertake other duties as required ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and within a timely manner with a professional and ethical approach
**To be successful you will have;**
- Proven experience in basic accounting functions such as receivables and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with accounting practices and terminology.
- Computer literacy in W4W and Excel.
- Quick learner with ability to grasp new computer programs.
- Proven high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and organizational skills. Flexibility, time management & the ability to work with mínimal supervision
