Your New Role
Stepping into this newly created role, you’ll be leading a team that drives our success across Australia and New Zealand. Leading four National Sales Managers who oversee Nationals, Independents, NZ, and Corporate teams, you’ll set the direction and ensure targets are met. Your strategic oversight will be key in shaping sales strategies that directly contribute to our growth. With responsibilities spanning both South Melbourne and Dandenong South, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment between sales efforts and overall business objectives.
This role isn’t just about managing teams—it’s about inspiring them to achieve their best. You’ll be hands-on in guiding your managers, ensuring they have the support and direction needed to excel. Your ability to foster strong client relationships, streamline sales processes, and collaborate across departments will be crucial in driving our continued success in the AU/NZ markets.
Your Day to Day
- Lead and manage four National Sales Managers and their teams.
- Develop and implement sales strategies across Australia and New Zealand.
- Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Monitor sales performance and guide continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to align on business goals.
- Stay updated on market trends to keep a competitive edge.

- Proven experience in senior sales leadership.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Effective leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of the AU/NZ markets.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
