The Opportunity:
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a vibrant and progressive people leader to deliver exceptional service and to foster a collaborative work environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s success and growth through the successful management of our parts and service operations.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual with extensive knowledge and experience working in the earth moving or mining or heavy equipment industry, responsible for overall performance, and growth of the branch. Your key result areas will fall in the management of operations, people leadership, HSE and financial management.
Role Located: Mt Thorley, NSW

Proven experience as a people leader in a similar role. A trade background with knowledge of Komatsu machinery will be highly regarded. A strong business and financial acumen.
