About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Mt Gravatt store to success. As a natural leader, you will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a wealth of life experience to nurture an open work culture that aligns with our values.

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading from the front, working closely with your team to ensure exceptional service to our customers who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, suppliers, and sales teams to cultivate strong long-term working relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, lead, and communicate key priorities to your team to create an inclusive culture and build high levels of engagement.
  • Branch Operations: Direct the branch operations to exceed sales, margin, profit, and service targets.
  • Safety Culture: Champion an already strong safety culture.
About You
