An exciting opportunity to be responsible for the success of our Member Benefits program by delivering invaluable insights and operational support. Through continuous improvement and strategic program development, the aim is to cultivate a larger base of loyal, engaged, and rewarded members, ensuring sustained growth and relevance. In addition, you will: 

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new member benefits partners, ensuring compliance with legal, cyber and tracking requirements.
  • Track consumer behaviour trends and elevate opportunities to align offerings with evolving members needs and enhance satisfaction and program engagement.
  • Use a data-led approach to identify trends in member transactions and identify initiatives to increase member engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners, suppliers, and internal and external stakeholders to get the best outcomes for the partner, RAA, and members.

About you  

You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. You’re passionate about helping our community (and members) and want to make a difference.

For this role, we’re also looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in operations, analytics, or marketing coordination essential.
  • Sound understanding consumer loyalty programs and understanding of customer behaviour dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of membership concept and value delivery.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the SA market.
  • An eye for details and penchant for tech and analytics.
