**The Role**

As the Product Owner - Loyalty & Experiences you will have an integral role in the creation, development, and execution of the end-to-end product lifecycle. You will be responsible for delivering iterative customer value that aligns to the business commercial strategy.

By leveraging your innovative strategies, product knowledge, and deep understanding of both people and technology, you will successfully release product and service offerings to our dedicated and emerging customers.

Your role responsibilities will include:

- Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketing, business analysts and developers to define clear and comprehensive requirements for each product
- Employ agile methodologies to drive the development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
- Foster strong relationships with Platform and Technology teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience for all new features
- Work closely with the QA team to assist in executing test plans and ensure thorough testing of all new products
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and analyse user behaviour, adoption rates, and feature performance
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including executives, marketing teams, and customer support, to gather insights and align feature delivery with business objectives
