Capability Partner

Play a key role within the People and Culture team for the development and delivery of all learning and organisational development for the Tabcorp employee workforce nationally.
What you’ll do
The Organisational Development Partner is an integral part of the Capability team. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to identify learning needs, develop solutions that align with the organisation's goals and objectives and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
You will also provide guidance and support to managers and employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their roles effectively. This will include but not limited to:
Training/capability needs assessments. Ongoing talent and succession people and capability development to address succession. Consultation and support to stakeholders at all levels. Facilitate training programs to employees across the business. Support the employee experience roles including P&C led events, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) events. Guide leaders on Tabcorp Capability Framework. Planning and coordinating capability assessments, 360 feedback and leadership coaching. Facilitate face-to-face training i.e., Tabcorp’s Induction Programs and any other related training. Utilise Tabcorp systems such as LMS and others for Capability working with the L&D Advisor.What you’ll get
