**About the role**

Reporting to the Senior Talent and Capability Consultant, this role supports the development and delivery of capability-building and culture initiatives across the global TWE business. This role works closely with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution, communication and administration of capability and culture programs that align with TWE's Game Plan.
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of global capability programs and learning initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and communication.
- Assist in executing global talent and employee experience programs, such as the annual talent process cycle and engagement survey.
- Create and distribute program materials, including presentations, LinkedIn Learning pathways, handouts, and toolkits.
- Manage learning platforms and tools, improve employee experience, and handle database administration and license management for LinkedIn Learning and Gallup Strengths.Manage program documentation, provide administrative support for third-party providers, track attendance and feedback, and prepare reports and analytics to support continuous improvement and decision-making.

**About you**

You are a proactive and resourceful individual with a passion for supporting talent and capability development, HR and administrative functions. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks sets you apart.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field '“ would be preferred but not essential
- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbal
