Looking to appoint a General Manager to lead their Culture and Capability division due to sustained growth within the business, they require a strategically minded individual to analyse the business landscape and determine critical capability requirements, undertake meaningful workforce modelling and succession planning.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Deploying initiatives to drive culture, employee engagement and leadership development.
- Analysing performance, capability and implement learning development opportunities.
- Assessing company needs to contribute to the overall strategic plan.
- Developing appropriate programs to align with company capability frameworks.
- Manage the team to drive the improvement of business processes and service at all levels.
- Interpreting and conducting all works in compliance with the relevant legislation, Quality and HSE Management Systems.
- Provide knowledge to the business in relation to industrial & employee relations, performance management, trade awards & agreements.
- Undertake professional development reviews, encourage learning and promote continuous learning development.
- Overall implementation of streamlined systems to ensure HR department is running efficiently.
- Work closely with senior management to identify areas of change / improvement.

**To be successful you will have**:

- 10 years’ experience within a similar corporate services role.
- Demonstrable experience in analysing organisational development and change management concepts, trends and practices.
- A passion for seeking out ways to improve performance and efficiency.
- A calm, down to earth, approachable, and mature demeanour.
- Structure and organisation in your approach to work.
- A driven and hard working attitude.
- Ability to communicate, advise and engage at all levels of the business.
