Job Summary

As an Account Technology Specialist, you determine customer needs for solutions and services from NetApp. You analyze customer requirements and convert them into technical solution concepts. You can present NetApp technologies to customers at different levels of responsibility, adapt to the interlocutors and question their motives and motivational factors. You not only support sales in the first technical customer discussions, but are also responsible for the technical elaboration of the solutions offered.

Your area of responsibility

Your area of responsibility includes the technical representation of NetApp and in particular the analysis of existing cloud, IT, network, application, backup and storage landscapes at customers. In the role of a Trusted Advisor, you are responsible for developing solution concepts and architectures, which you will present to a larger audience as part of a technical customer presentation. Active contact with customers in cooperation with the responsible Client Executive and ensuring that technically complex inquiries are handled competently and implemented professionally are the focus of this task.
