In this role, you'll be a key member of the Executive Leadership team, providing financial expertise and strategic vision. You'll take ownership of financial management and compliance, ensuring the business operates at peak efficiency while maintaining its strong industry reputation. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute robust financial strategies that align with company goals.
  • Oversee the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Manage core financial functions such as accounting, treasury, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
  • Delivering clear insights into financial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and address financial risks and opportunities with innovative solutions.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth and a culture of high performance.

Criteria:

  • Over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance
  • Proven background in the property sector
  • Exceptional communication skills with strong influencing capabilities
  • Extensive expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
  • Demonstrated strengths in analytical thinking, strategic decision-making, and solving complex challenges
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • CA, CPA, or ACCA qualified
