**The Role**

To support the Head of Finance and the Mandate Manager and the broader team in the management and growth of the real estate portfolio. The role will incorporate transaction analysis, research, portfolio budgeting and forecasting, leading the valuation process, portfolio metrics reporting and strategic analysis for clients.
- Provide relevant knowledge, market insight and analysis of the portfolio.
- Prepare of portfolio budgets, forecasts, valuations, portfolio metrics
- Lead the valuation process including the preparation of both internal desktop valuations and external valuation coordination
- Preparation of annual strategic asset reporting advice, portfolio budgets and property cash flow modeling
- Maintain a pro-active relationship with the clients, internal as well as external parties
- Preparation of pricing, analysis and cash flow modeling
- Managing Asset Analysts and their workflow, provide leadership and coaching and create a high-performing team
- Assist with the preparation of client presentations and marketing collateral
- Create and contribute to a collegiate approach to Real Estate activities within the business.

**Preferred experience**
- 8-12 years of relevant industry experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, property, land economics, valuation or commerce.
- Experience in operational and/or investment analysis of commercial real estate.
- Experience in real estate pricing and analysis.
- Stakeholder engagement and process management.
- Asset modelling systems, in MRI Investment Modelling and Forbury.
- Real estate research including database management, charting and report writing.
- Broad business skills in the area of leasing, development, property management and asset management.
