Job Description

  • Lead 2 business units in managing all aspects of operational and strategic HR.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Assist in the new payroll implementation roll-out.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Report to international management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Manage the internal and external recruitment process.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have:

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven working experience in a managerial HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
