About you

Your attention to detail and strong time management skills are essential. Experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant is desirable.

About the opportunity

You will be responsible for providing high level executive secretarial and administrative support to the executive management team in an efficient and effective manner.

You will conduct reception duties for the Executive Offices by providing a high level of customer service, attending to all enquiries in a polite and courteous manner as well as carry out any other duties deemed necessary by the executive management team to ensure smooth running of the office.

 Your Skills and Experience

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proven ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft programs
  • Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
  • Previous experience in health services industry or hospital mainframe systems (desirable)

About the Hospital

Baringa Private Hospital is a 78-bed licensed hospital, which includes four operating theatres and a cardiovascular suite.  We offer a variety of surgical services, interventional coronary angiography, general medical, rehabilitation, palliative care, mental health and day medical unit. In addition we run a large allied health practice and stand alone day surgery, the Ramsay Surgical Centre Coffs Harbour.

The hospital and day surgical centre are owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care, a global operator of private hospitals and primary care clinics with 72 Australian sites employing over 34,000 people.
