We currently have an opportunity for a customer service oriented individual to work at our clients Geelong site as a Weighbridge Operator. This role reports to the Yard Manager and includes the responsibilities below:

• Serving customers in a timely and professional manner upon arrival at weighbridge,
• Completing EFT transactions / cheque payments in accordance with the customer trading terms,
• Maintaining all records in accordance with company and legislative requirements,
• Maintaining an organised office, including filing documents, managing records,
• Providing administrative support to Yard Manager; and
• Demonstrating commitment to OH&S policies.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills/ experience;• Proven customer service skills, excellent communication & numeracy skills,
• Strong computer skills, specifically data entry, speed and accuracy,
• Ability to work as part of a small team,
• Friendly telephone manner; and
• Excellent time management / organisational skills.

The following skills/experience are preferred but not essential;• Experience in Weighbridge role or similar position
• Knowledge and experience with SAP Programs
