Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Weighbridge Administrator to join our team at Labourpower. As a Weighbridge Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our weighbridge, providing excellent customer service, and processing payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Weighing trucks in and out of our site and producing customer dockets;
  • Providing exceptional customer service via both phone and face-to-face interactions;
  • Processing payments, including EFTPOS transactions, account transactions, cash payments, and cash reconciliation;
  • Monthly account reconciliation;
  • Completion of onboarding and inductions.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a customer-focused role;
  • General administrative skills such as data entry;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude;
  • Previous experience with cash handling;
  • Intermediate computer skills, particularly MS Office products such as Excel.
