Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Weighbridge Administrator to join our team at Labourpower. As a Weighbridge Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Weighing trucks in and out of our site and producing customer dockets;
  • Providing excellent customer service via both phone and face to face;
  • Processing payments, including EFTPOS transactions, account transactions, cash payments and cash reconciliation;
  • Monthly account reconciliation;
  • Completion of on boarding and inductions.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a customer focused role;
  • General administrative skills such as data entry;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • A friendly, customer focused attitude;
  • Previous experience with cash handling;
  • Intermediate computer skills, particularly MS Office products such as excel.
