Synaco by Synergie, a leading waste management company, is seeking a skilled Weighbridge Operator to join their team in a nationwide role.

The Weighbridge Attendant is responsible for coordinating waste movement on and off site, ensuring all acceptable waste materials are recorded and accounted for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct traffic inside the transfer station
  • Operate the weighbridge
  • Pack trailers
  • Perform general housekeeping duties

Requirements:

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in computer skills and mathematical aptitude
  • Knowledge of weighbridge operations
  • Experience in the waste industry is desirable

Benefits:

  • Paying $33 - 38 per hour + super + penalties (depending on experience)
  • Monday to Friday 6:30am start with possible overtime and weekend shifts
  • Temp to perm opportunity
  • Variety in the role
