BlueRock has a super user friendly payroll system and we’re looking for our next Junior Payroll Officer who has a strong desire to gain more experience in this space

About the role

As a Junior Payroll Officer, you will be a key player in supporting our BlueRock employees and directors. We're open to candidates with a variety of experience, so don't worry if you don't have direct payroll experience Your adaptability, maths skills, and willingness to learn from the ground up are what matters most.

What will your day to day look like as a Junior Payroll Officer? Well, you can expect to:

  • Complete end-to-end payroll including superannuation and other payroll admin.
  • Liaise with our wonderful clients with the support of the broader On Demand team.
  • Ensuring all payroll processes are efficient and compliant. We’re always looking for ways to improve
  • Become an expert in our newly implemented payroll system, Employment Hero
  • Have the opportunity to implement new ad-hoc systems alongside our fantastic team.

Requirements

We want to hear from people who:

  • Are tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Have basic to intermediate IT and Microsoft Suite skills. Experience with Keypay or Employment Hero is a bonus
  • Have any payroll courses or certifications are a bonus - university accredited courses not required.
  • Have permanent working rights in Australia – this is a permanent ongoing role.
