Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include:
- Ensure all documentation is complete, such as terminations, new hires, and processing payrolls
- Validate and verify payroll data, checking for accuracy and promptly addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise
- Responding to employee queries
- Prepare payroll reports and assist in generating various payroll-related documents
- Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and suggest process improvements.
- Assist with month and end of year reporting
- Other ad hoc tasks
