About the Role

Peter Warren Automotive  is now on the hunt for a  Administration Clerk  to join our  Warwick Farm  Dealership .

What the role entails:

Data Entry : Processing journals, daily RMS costings, and weekly CTP costings. General Accounting : Costing and processing for used car sales, retail, and wholesale; allocating banking, cash sales, and EFTPOS receipts. Office Administration : Ordering stationery, handling various forms and suppliers, electronic archiving/scanning, and physical file management. Ensure accuracy to all documentation including spreadsheets, appointments and bookings as required Process data and documentation in an accurate and timely manner Ensure emails are responded to effectively and in a timely manner Provide general administration support to the relevant operations team, where required Collaborate with other teams when projects assigned Support and champion the PWAH policies and procedures

Strong focus and commitment to quality, compliance and accuracyrequirements High level of interpersonal, verbal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels Demonstrated reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments with an ability to set realistic goals, problem-solve and establish work priorities Comply so far as reasonable instructions provided by your manager or business Cooperate with any PWAH policies and procedures Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively with a team
