About the Role

Peter Warren Automotive is now on the hunt fora Administration Clerk to join our WarwickFarm Dealership.

What the role entails:

Data Entry: Processing journals, daily RMScostings, and weekly CTP costings.General Accounting: Costing and processing forused car sales, retail, and wholesale; allocating banking, cashsales, and EFTPOS receipts.Office Administration: Ordering stationery,handling various forms and suppliers, electronicarchiving/scanning, and physical file management.Ensure accuracy to all documentation including spreadsheets,appointments and bookings as requiredProcess data and documentation in an accurate and timelymannerEnsure emails are responded to effectively and in a timelymannerProvide general administration support to the relevantoperations team, where requiredCollaborate with other teams when projects assignedSupport and champion the PWAH policies and procedures
