**About the Role**

**Peter Warren Automotive** is now on the hunt for a **Administration Clerk** to join our **Warwick Farm **Dealership**.

**What the role entails**:

- ** Data Entry**: Processing journals, daily RMS costings, and weekly CTP costings.
- ** General Accounting**: Costing and processing for used car sales, retail, and wholesale; allocating banking, cash sales, and EFTPOS receipts.
- ** Office Administration**: Ordering stationery, handling various forms and suppliers, electronic archiving/scanning, and physical file management.
- Ensure accuracy to all documentation including spreadsheets, appointments and bookings as required
- Process data and documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Provide general administration support to the relevant operations team, where required
- Collaborate with other teams when projects assigned
- Support and champion the PWAH policies and procedures

- Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively with a team
