About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic AccountsPayable Clerk to join our team and work primarily from ourWarwick Farm Office. The successful applicant will havepredominately support the overflow of the tasks throughout theaccounts department particularly in banking, accounts receivableand accounts payable.

The role will involve the following:

Complies and maintains records of business transactions andoffice activities within their assigned areaProvide exceptional value adding and customer service tointernal and external parties, where relevantAssist in customers queries and provide resolution in a timelymannerEscalate or refer any unresolved actions to your manager in atimely mannerEnsure accuracy to all documentation including spreadsheets,appointments and bookings as requiredProcess data and documentation in an accurate and timelymannerEnsure emails are responded to effectively and in a timelymannerProvide general administration support to the relevantoperations team, where requiredCollaborate with other teams when projects assignedSupport and champion the PWAH policies and procedures

The successful candidate for the Accounts Payable Clerkposition will need the following:

Full work rights in AustraliaExceptional interpersonal and customer service skillsGood computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel,Word, and OutlookStrong attention to detail and accuracyProven organizational skills and the ability to multi-taskeffectively
