Your Team
The Enterprise Delivery team sits within the Chief Operating Office and is charged with the transformation of the business and the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects for CFS. The team works closely across the whole business to bring together the capabilities needed to deliver change that matters to our customers and to our people.

The Director of Enterprise Delivery will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects, leading a team of project professionals, and ensuring efficient and effective project delivery within a regulatory environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate delivery and end-to-end execution of a portfolio of change that includes multiple prioritised programs/projects.
  • As a trusted business partner, you will provide insight, advice and delivery expertise from idea to implementation.
  • Effectively manage relationships across the business and be a leader of business change.
  • Organise cross-functional teams to plan and sequence work and optimise the delivery of outcomes. 
  • Pursue the elimination of waste and delays and drive continuous improvement in processes and methodologies without compromising on quality.
  • Be conscious of the impact projects have after the work has finished, ensuring delivered risks, on-going operational costs, manual processes and technical debt are considered and minimized or eliminated.

Your Capability and Experience

  • Extensive experience in business and project/program management within Wealth Management.
  • Experience in leading and managing a >$30m portfolio, in a large, complex and regulated environment, with significant IT delivery and cross-business inter-dependencies
  • Driving the direction and impact of new and existing projects throughout your portfolio, shaping their success and priority with a strategic touch.
  • Inspiring teams to create a vision and cultivate a unified purpose, fostering a collaborative environment within the team 
  • Experience leading teams, managing people, developing their capabilities and driving engagement.
