Sales Support/Administrator

Maroubra, Australia Richardson & Wrench Maroubra Full time

Richardson & Wrench Maroubra is seeking a motivated and positive sales administrator who capable to manage sales administration and marketing needs. 

This role will mostly liaise directly to Director and working closely to support a successful sales team. An outstanding administration abilities and attention to detail are essential attributes of the successful candidate.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Administration role
  • Prepare appraisal listing
  • Managing Sales Trust Accounting
  • Liaising with solicitors
  • Coordinating marketing material including online advertising
  • Booking photographers
  • Preparing vendor reports
  • Liaising with purchasers & vendors
  • Updating in-house database throughout the sales process
  • Manage sales listing from signing to settlement
  • Provide support to the sales team when required

Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work effectively and responsive to assigned tasks
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrates initiative and a can do attitude with a smile
