Sales Support/Administrator

Richardson & Wrench Maroubra is seeking a motivated and positive sales administrator who capable to manage sales administration and marketing needs.
This role will mostly liaise directly to Director and working closely to support a successful sales team. An outstanding administration abilities and attention to detail are essential attributes of the successful candidate.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Administration role
- Prepare appraisal listing
- Managing Sales Trust Accounting
- Liaising with solicitors
- Coordinating marketing material including online advertising
- Booking photographers
- Preparing vendor reports
- Liaising with purchasers & vendors
- Updating in-house database throughout the sales process
- Manage sales listing from signing to settlement
- Provide support to the sales team when required
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively and responsive to assigned tasks
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrates initiative and a can do attitude with a smile
