Position Overview: As an Agreement Sales Specialist at Konecranes, you will be responsible for managing sales agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring the successful delivery of our maintenance program. You will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing client relationships, negotiating agreements, and maximizing revenue opportunities within your assigned territory (Victoria). Incentive/Bonus opportunity available, along with company vehicle provided. Allowance and Special conditions available.
Key Responsibilities:
Seek Business Development opportunities, and maintain current customer relationships. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges. Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring terms are favourable while meeting company goals and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to customize crane and lifting equipment solutions according to client requirements. Meet Monthly KPI Requirements Maintain autonomy and a Strong Attention to Detail Collaborative Team Player Stay informed about Konecranes' product offerings, capabilities, and technological advancements to effectively communicate their value to clients. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to identify new sales opportunities and optimize existing ones. Oversee the entire lifecycle of sales agreements, from initial negotiation to renewal or termination, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue generation. Generate reports and analyse sales data to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining open lines of communication
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the industrial equipment or manufacturing industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and solve complex problems. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
