The Opportunity

As a seasoned health executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping an ambitious strategic vision for Ramsay Clinic New Farm. Your primary responsibilities will involve identifying new growth and expansion opportunities, fostering mental health and wellbeing in the community, and assisting individuals in their recovery journeys.

What You Will Bring

While knowledge and experience in mental health service delivery will enhance your initial success, thriving in this role demands a dynamic and visionary leader who is genuinely passionate about mental health reform. Your capacity to connect with individuals who have lived experience of serious and persistent mental distress, as well as with their caregivers, is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine interest in Ramsay as an organisation and possess significant experience in a similar senior executive role.

Essential Criteria:

  • Significant experience in senior management or executive positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional skills in business development, leadership, communication, and negotiation.
  • Proven success in quality improvement and organisational change.
  • Comprehensive expertise in financial management.
  • Strong proficiency in team building, people development, and driving high performance.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, Clinical Studies, or equivalent professional experience.
