Your future role
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Repair Solution Engineer to join our team at our Repair and Overhaul Center (ROC), based at Rouse Hill . You will primarily be responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of electronic repairs by developing and implementing new local test benches. You will also provide training to the technical team on how to use these test benches efficiently and accurately.
We’ll look to you for:
Collaborating with international repair centers or design authority to implement repair campaigns using international standards (IPC). Providing support to technical personnel for improving repair techniques or root cause analysis of more complex failures using universal test benches (ABI). Participating in technical reviews and meetings to share knowledge and learn about new advancements in electronic repair techniques. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations for all test bench implementation and use. Maintaining accurate documentation of test bench procedures, results, and repairs to develop an efficient test database. Providing technical support to external customers with electronic repair needs. Continuously improving and optimizing test benches and repair techniques to enhance the laboratory's overall repair capabilities. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure test benches and repair techniques meet all project requirements and deadlines.All about you
