Your future role

We're seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our team at the Repair and Overhaul Center (ROC) in Rouse Hill. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving continuous improvements and optimizing activities and processes within the workshop. Your expertise in process optimization, data analysis, and resource allocation will be essential in refining the repair, maintenance, and retrofit processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of repair services.

We'll look to you for:

  • Ensuring that industrial master data is implemented in various systems.
  • Industrializing repair, maintenance, and retrofit processes at the ROC.
  • Implementing the Make or Buy strategy in new product lines.
  • Assisting in decision-making when evaluating proposed projects.
  • Supporting the implementation of new systems and their updates.
  • Leading internal audits and participating in external audits (Quality, Industrial, 5S).

  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated experience in electronics repair and rework or similar fields.
  • A sound understanding of Lean principles, 5S, AMDEC, and/or Kaizen.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial, or similar).
