What does the job look like?

Working in an existing team, you are the first point of call from internal and external customers that require assistance. Key areas:

Offer high level customer service over the phone Understand customer enquiries and provide assistance Set up new customers and create new accounts for existing customers Create loyal relationships with internal and external customers to retain accounts and develop and maintain positive working relationship Ensure the system is updated with all communication
