Purpose of the Role

Full-time permanent position assisting in the complete Financial Accounting function for Auto & General companies.

Position Accountabilities

  • Daily bank reconciliations for high-volume accounts.
  • Support financial enquiries from front-line business.
  • Assist with financial accounting tasks: journal processing, ledger reconciliations, expenditure analysis, and monthly reporting.
  • Develop procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Assist with annual external and internal audits.
  • Support business projects as needed.
  • Comply with workplace health & safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting or similar.
  • Pursuing or working towards CA/CPA qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Gmail, and financial software.
  • Self-motivated, efficient, and able to work independently.
  • Team player with initiative and attention to detail.
  • Accounting experience preferred but not essential.
