As part of the Workforce Planning team, the Recoveries Coordinator is responsible forthe accurate and timelyimplementation of rostering amendments of all aircrew (Flight and Cabin) in response to training disruptions across the Turboprop network. Critical to the role is ensuring all replanning remains compliantwith relevant Industrial Agreements, CASA regulations, internal procedures, and protocols. In this role, you will engage with various stakeholders within Workforce Planning, Standards and Development, Flight Operations,and the ROC to ensure that crew training remains effective and efficient.

You will have –

Minimum 2 years’ recent experience within the Aviation Industry preferably within a rostering,training,or operational role.

Demonstrated knowledge of airline operating practices and associated regulatory guidelines and compliance.

Proven ability to work within a high pressure, time criticalteam environment,with the ability to also work independently with minimal direction.

Proven ability to proactively identify issues, develop strategic options, and drive decisions toplan and implement activities to achieve desired outcomes.

Highly effective writtenand verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience with an Airline/Crew management system (iFlight, Geneva), and Reservations systems (CM) (desirable)
