In this role, you'll be part of our dynamic Finance team, reporting directly to the Group Billing & Credit Manager.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves overseeing the collections function for our expanding global customer base. You'll be responsible for managing and coordinating collection processes across all Business Lines and regions, ensuring consistent processes and leveraging technology and automation.

You will:

  • Analyse debtor's ledgers and other financial reports to monitor performance and track KPIs against defined targets, including ageing and % overdue.
  • Prepare monthly Power Bi debtor reporting to provide insights into our collections efforts.
  • Manage the Group ECL Bad Debt Provision policy and process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Play a key role in driving integration efforts of our acquisitions relating to collection processes.

You'll also have opportunities to drive continual process improvement and best practices within the collections function.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar debt recovery and financial analysis role.
  • Member of the AICM (Australian Institute of Credit Management) and associated qualifications highly regarded.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, organisational, analytical and planning skills with a can-do attitude.

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
