Job Summary

The Recoveries Coordinator is a critical role within the Workforce Planning team at Qantas Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing rostering amendments for aircrew in response to training disruptions across the Turboprop network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely implementation of rostering amendments for aircrew.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant Industrial Agreements, CASA regulations, internal procedures, and protocols.
  • Develop and implement strategic options to drive decisions and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proactively identify issues and develop solutions to improve crew training and rostering processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' recent experience within the Aviation Industry, preferably in a rostering, training, or operational role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of airline operating practices and associated regulatory guidelines and compliance.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, time-critical team environment with minimal direction.
  • Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
