The Brand |

Our latest client launched this highly successful contemporary designer label in 2009 in Melbourne and took it to soaring heights in LA. Collections that have been developed under an aspirational and expert Creative Director with a focus on skillful construction and a focus on developing untold levels of confidence in women.

They have grown into a modern brand with a global following and have now moved back to their founding home of Melbourne and are looking for an eCommerce & Content Specialist to join their team. You will work across a broad role responsible for all digital marketing, content creation & eCommerce strategy.

The Role |

Create and execute our digital marketing strategy across all media channels with a strong understanding of our brand and unique proposition in partnership with agency support

Leading the online store and ensuring website is optimised through new content, new product uploads, copywriting etc

Create content for social channels, and plan all social media activity including grid plan, stories across all relevant socials.

Accountable for customer experience - managing all incoming customer enquiries via email and social

Stay up to date on the latest marketing best practice, and marketing trends

The Skills |

3+ years’ experience in a similar role for a high end fashion brand

Strong copy writing skills and proven success adopting and evolving a brand’s voice.

Experience with Shopify and Klayvio

Fantastic communicator and collaborator; able to achieve outcomes and results in a timely manner.

Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

A good eye for visuals and attention to detail.

Being hands-on with the ability to work independently and autonomously.
