This is a PERMANENT full-time role based in BRISBANE

Enough about us What you’ll do as an Account Manager-Ad Sales: 

As an Account Manager – Ad Sales you will work within Paramount’s high performing Ad Sales team in Brisbane, representing and selling advertising across Paramount’s Linear, BVOD and SVOD platforms.

Managing a portfolio of high-profile, blue-chip clients, this role is all about maximising revenue opportunities across our linear and digital assets whilst maintaining & developing mutually beneficial relationships with your clients. You’re play an integral role in your client’s marketing plans, you’ll be seen as the ‘go to person/the trusted adviser’ providing your clients with exceptional service and solutions to assist them in maximising their investments across the Paramount playground.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Driving linear and digital revenue and growth across an allocated agency portfolio to deliver on revenue targets.
  • Regularly out in market presenting to, and meeting with, clients to provide One Paramount  advertising solutions and responding to their advertising briefs.
  • Facilitating and supporting the sale of cross platform sponsorships across general entertainment, sport, and social packages
  • Providing accurate forecasting data on revenue for portfolio.
  • Leading and mentoring an Account Executive as a direct report.

What are we looking for in an Account Manager? What’s important? 

  • Account management experience in Broadcast and/or other media sectors
  • Demonstrated experience in a sales-focused role and pitching solutions to clients
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • First-rate presentation skills
  • Genuine passion for television, streaming and video content
  • Understanding of the linear and digital media landscape
  • Strong agency/buyer relationships
