Trade Marketing Manager - North Rocks, Sydney

The Role:

As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and promotional plans to drive sales and market share growth.
  • Design and manage an annual strategic marketing calendar aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Business Centres to provide marketing support that aligns with local market needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external agencies to execute training, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership, ensuring marketing efforts contribute to overall business goals.
  • Represent MMEM at key industry events and training sessions as a marketing leader.

 
 
What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Experience: 5+ years of trade or channel marketing, with expertise in Australian wholesale/retail environments, merchandising, and distribution. Demonstrated success in franchise or decentralized business models.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in developing and executing trade marketing plans to drive growth, combined with advanced business acumen, strategic thinking, negotiation, and exceptional project management skills with a keen eye for detail and prioritization.
  • Attributes: High energy, adaptability, and a collaborative leadership approach.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel.
  • Australian / New Zealand residency or citizenship. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately)
