Join our dynamic ServicePlus team and contribute to shaping a positive and efficient claims experience for Hostplus members.

The opportunity:

As a key member of the ServicePlus team, you'll provide excellent customer service to our members on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, you will be upskilled in claims as a secondary duty to support the wider Hostplus Service team. You’ll report in to both the ServicePlus & Claims Manager, actively contributing to both functions.

About you:

If you've excelled in customer service within retail, hospitality, or call centers, we're interested, especially if you've had exposure to financial services A knack for communication? We're after someone who can engage with anyone on a variety of topics. Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for someone who can handle multiple tasks effectively. Building rapport comes naturally to you, whether it's with colleagues or customers. Familiarity with superannuation, insurance, or advice models is a plus. A friendly, caring demeanor is essential.

Claims:

Although it is desirable to have claims experience it is not a requirement. Through on the job training you will be coached in the claims process. We welcome applicants from Hospitality, Retail, Contact/Call Centres and other customer facing industries. It is important that you have previously worked in an environment with competing priorities.
