**About you**
You are known for your customer focus and attention to detail. You manage your professional relationships well and have strong organisation skills. You can work independently but can collaborate and communicate with your other team members, comfortable in asking for assistance if needed. Most importantly, you are known for your genuine empathy and passion for excellent service.
You are no stranger to a high volume, fast-paced environment where you build rapport with your customers rapidly as you seek to understand their situation and process their claims in a timely and professional manner. While you’re able to work through your portfolio of claims efficiently, you are also maintaining excellent attention to detail to make sure we’re capturing correct and relevant information.
You have insurance experience and are looking to build on your expertise.
As you will be working in a hybrid environment with your immediate team based in across different regions, it is essential that you are someone who can work independently, with the initiative to ask for support if you’re not sure. We need you to be disciplined in your approach to work and be self-motivated to get things done and achieve your personal and team goals.
**Your new role**
Our customers will look to you to provide exceptional customer service and support during their time of need. You will set their expectations about how their claim will be managed and set strategies for each claim based on their complexity and our claims processes.
Your team will look to you to provide additional support when needed such as training and/or assisting with workload. More broadly, you will help maintain collaborative relationships not just within your immediate team but with other internal stakeholder groups across the business.
