The Reporting and Insights Analyst based in Canberra is part of team coordinating Commercial & Reporting contract deliverables and internal commercial functions. This includes all facets of managed services and business delivery including SLA reporting, contract deliverable management, commercial models and purchase order management.

This role works closely with both the Client and the Delivery team, and is part of a team that is the conduit between the customer and Optus regarding Commercials and Reporting Management. The role involves high levels of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, customer relationship management and personal time management.

The day to day

Part of a team providing:

Provide account performance, trending & critical Reporting for Federal Government accounts via client & Optus performance measurement tools. Support for financial functions including purchase orders and review of the financial aspects of customer proposals Preparation and delivery of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual and Critical Key deliverable reporting. Maintenance & communication of reporting schedules, deliverables & timeframes. Ad hoc Governance reports as requested. Insights on client account performance. Attend Client meetings and support presentation of Optus reporting & trending. Management of internal reporting communication. Support Service Improvement initiatives and reporting enhancement.

Australian Citizen for Security clearance purposes Specific experience in Telco or Managed Services Commercials/Reporting. A track record in successfully achieving/exceeding operational goals. Demonstrable experience with billing and P&L management. Utilise Excel for data analysis, financial modelling and reporting. An interest in process automation
