About the Role:


Kinetic IT is on a path of growth and transformation, seeking an experienced leader to drive the evolution of Intelligent Workplace Services.


As a Digital Workplace Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for shaping our future by understanding market trends and customer needs to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your service line.


You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure we meet both business goals and customer expectations.


The successful candidate will have extensive leadership experience in Intelligent Workplace Services, adept at developing roadmaps that drive digital workplace evolution, encompassing EUC services, IoT technologies, unified communications, and supporting software.


With a focus on developing and evolving services that support end-users of IT and deliver a modern, digital workplace experience to all users, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead and grow our Intelligent Workplace Services capability.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Craft meticulous roadmaps that delineate our innovative service offerings, tailored to meet customer needs and establish Kinetic IT as a leader in the market.
  • Develop pricing and SLA models that are attractive to our existing customers and the market, ensuring sustainable business growth.
  • Lead a dynamic virtual community of practice responsible for owning and delivering services aligned with our service portfolio, fostering collaboration and excellence within the team.
  • Establish and maintain service artefacts that best represent our market offerings and support the sales and bid process.
  • Serve as the design authority for services and solutions developed during Opportunity and Bid management activities, driving growth and expansion within the service line.
  • Identify, evaluate, and advocate for the integration of new and improved services that differentiate us in the market.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by producing whitepapers, articles, and blogs that showcase our expertise and vision in service offerings.

What You'll Get:


Kinetic IT offers a competitive salary range of AU$140,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, flexible working arrangements, paid parental leave, regular fun company and social events, vendor exam support, ITIL V4 training, and dedicated professional development reviews every 6 months.
