About the role

The Tour Merchandise Coordinator will be responsible for partnering with Love Police ATM clients, coordinating merchandise operations and managing logistics. As a key part of tour coordinator team, this role will work across a wide scope of work from small club shows all the way through  to arena & stadium level events . You are a clear communicator, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about the music industry

This is a full-time role, working from our Port Melbourne office (hybrid).

Responsibilities include: 

  • Liaising with partners/clients, including venues and the Love Police ATM team
  • Tour management, including planning and projections of merchandise product requirements
  • Organising freight logistics and bookings
  • Sourcing and booking merchandise sellers for tour venues across Australia and New Zealand
  • Management of touring stock and inventory, including re-directing and re-ordering merchandise as needed
  • Maintaining clear lines of communication between all internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparation of tour merchandise settlements and reporting
  • Ensuring timelines and deadlines are met
  • Complete time sensitive tasks outside of regular business hours as required

Sounds like you? If so, you will have the following. 

  • Experience working within music, live entertainment or events/touring is required.
  • Proficient in in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), specifically Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with different stakeholder groups
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to constantly multi-task and prioritise tasks/timelines
  • Ability to forward think, plan & pro-actively follow up/communicate clearly with others.
  • Ability to work within a face paced environment
  • Experience using Monday.com would be advantageous
  • Experience in merchandising (ideally)
  • Passionate about music and the industry.
