We are now looking for a **Tours Product Executive** to work on our Signature Series tours.

Responsible for supporting the contracting and operational delivery of Luxury Escapes Signature Series Tours they work closely with the Signature Series Contracting Managers from creative concept, contracting to successful delivery of each tour end to end.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Support all tour operations; including: problem solving, talent management, on tour events, branding activities, communications with suppliers to coordinate all aspects and ensure a seamless delivery of Signature Series tours, events, and activation in market.
- Support with DMC’s and partners to negotiate and contract product for Signature Series research trips and tours
- Work with third party and tourism board stakeholders to drive revenue support for Signature Series tours
- Coordinate talent requirements when on tour.
- Support the Signature Series PCM with any ad hoc requirements for each campaign.
- Co-ordinate detailed proposals that include budgets, timelines, suppliers, post-sale requirements, legal obligation, health and safety & staffing requirements.
- Work with other departments to ensure effective PR, marketing, and social media coverage for each Signature Series tour.
- Create event documentation including run sheets, assessments and on-site guides for the relevant teams.

**What we are looking for**:

- A background in Touring, especially operations
- Exceptional management of commercial, marketing, operational and talent lead stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to innovatively create compelling and exclusive tours concepts, events & activations
- Flexible attitude and innovation skills to achieve set deadlines
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills
- Sound understanding of the end-to-end tour sales process
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
