**About the Role**:

- Work effectively with the Study Tour team to ensure a successful teaching and support program is in place for international students participating in DUELI Study Tour programs.
- Work effectively in the study tour team to forward plan and develop individual Study Tour programs that are in line with the needs of our partner Universities.
- Coordinate the logistics of arrival and departure of study tour groups including transport arrangements, accommodation placements, student access to internet and prepaid telephone services.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with homestay providers to ensure all students are placed in suitable homestay accommodation on arrival and that students are quickly relocated to a new homestay, when required due to homestay issues.
- Coordinate orientations and graduations for all study tour programs.
- Manage the collation of study tour evaluations and preparation of reports for partner universities and institutions.
- Provide assistance to DUELI staff during Orientation, Graduations and other peak times as required.
- Any other duties as directed, commensurate with the scope and classification of the position.

**To be successful, you’ll have**:

- Relevant experience in a high-level administrative position, preferably within an International or ESL/EFL/international educational environment.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Ensure that the DUELI Study Tour Programs are well planned and that the programs arranged are implemented effectively.
Work effectively with the Study Tour team to ensure a successful teaching and support program is in place for international students participating in DUELI Study Tour programs.
- Work effectively in the study tour team to forward plan and develop individual Study Tour programs that are in line with the needs of our partner Universities.
