    Fantastic opportunity available at this dynamic medical/dental practice based in the CBD. They are seeking an experienced full time Dental Receptionist. Prior experience in a similar role is essential for successful application.

    The position is 4 days per week and a rotating Saturday. This is a multichair practice that delivers an exceptional standard of service to their patients.

    The successful candidate must have an excellent command of the English language and be professionally presented. Reporting to the Principle Dentist, this role will suit someone with a passion for delivering exceptional dental care to patients.

    The practice provides a comprehensive range of service and prides itself on providing a high level of customer service and considers patient care of the highest priority. If you are seeking a friendly work environment where your efforts will be rewarded then this will be the perfect role.

    Dental experience is essential and previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred. At least 12 months in a similar role is essential and you must be competent with a dental software package.

    Responsibilities of the role:

    • Making appointments

    • Handling enquires

    • Follow ups and recalls

    • Invoicing

    • Electronic database management
