We are seekingan exceptional Dental Receptionist for an exciting full-time opportunity 
 The practice is fast paced, butthe team culture is truly second to none. With no weekend work required, thisis a great opportunity to regain that work life balance

In all our practice support roles, you’ll help to keep everything running to plan so that our clinicians are free to focus on looking after our patients. We believe that you’ll be a pivotal part of the team, so we’ll give you all the support, training and development you need to thrive.

The Heart of the Role:

Full-time Monday to Friday position - no weekends Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice Making patients aware of dental services and offers Handling payments Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

What you'll bring:

Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist experience is essential  Prior experience using Oasis is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about customer service and patient care Organised with attention to detail Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
