At Maven Dental, we're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Assistant and Receptionist to join our team.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and has a strong background in dental assisting and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and answering calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assisting with billing and handling insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency.
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and soothing concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Assisting with sterilising instruments and maintaining infection control in accordance with our high standards.

- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Impressive communication and people skills.
- Superb organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems and dental software.
